For many years now January has been Carnivore month. Dr. Shawn Baker began the tradition in 2019, I believe, and it continues to grow in popularity each year.
I am adding to my meat only diet this month by incorporating a 72 hour fast. I’ve been listening to a lot of Dr. Fung, so I think I’m ready.
The main challenge this year will be to finally lose by visceral fat that has been sticking around. I believe I know the main culprits are dairy and my occasional diet soda, so those elements will be gone. In addition to a BBB and E meal plan, I plan on doing OMAD some days, but also long fasting as mentioned above.
I am also going to include resistance training along with my existing martial arts work outs. I am hoping these changes will help burn the evil fat around my organs.
